Courses for Skating, in the winter for youth at the St-Laurent Complex

Beginner (15-17)

Learn to skate for teens who can skate forward and beyond. Skills include backward skating, one foot gliding and two foot turns. A CSA certified hockey helmet is required for all skaters. A full cage is highly recommended.
