Youth focused pre-competitive program developing freestyle & backstroke strokes & turns & introduction of whip kick & dolphin kick. Build to an endurance swim of 200m nonstop & a workout total of 800-1000m. Prerequisites: 13 years of age & Swim Kids 6 OR ability to swim 75m nonstop. Due to physical distancing requirements, no physical manipulation will be completed by swim instructors.
