A combination of Powerswim Introduction, Intermediate and Advanced levels. Instructor will develop workouts based on the program content and the needs of the group. Prerequisites: 13 years of age & Powerswim Introduction or recommendation by Instructor. Due to physical distancing requirements, no physical manipulation will be completed by swim instructors.
